The website is operated by SAN Hi-Tech Ltd. (hereinafter: the “Company”, the “Website Operator”, or the “Website”).

These Terms of Use regulate the relationship between the website and any person browsing or using it (hereinafter: the “Customer” and/or the “User”). Any use of the website is subject to the terms detailed below. By using the website, the user confirms agreement to these Terms of Use. The user declares that neither they nor anyone on their behalf shall have any claim and/or demand, directly or indirectly, against the website, its operators, owners, managers, or anyone acting on their behalf.

The wording in these Terms is written in the masculine form for convenience only, but applies equally to all genders.

Section headings are provided for convenience only and shall not be used for interpretation purposes.

The website makes every effort to present product images that accurately reflect reality. However, since the products are fabric-based, slight differences in shades or appearance may occur between the images displayed on the website and the actual product. Product images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only and are not binding.

The website reserves the right to discontinue or modify promotions and benefits at any time without prior notice.

No product may be copied, duplicated, distributed, sold, or displayed without prior written consent from the Company.

The customer declares that they are legally competent to perform binding legal actions. If the customer is under the age of 18, they are required to inform their legal guardian about these Terms and obtain prior approval before using the website.

Products, Liability of the Website and the User

Website Pricing

The website reserves the right to change prices, services, product availability, and purchasing terms at any time without prior notice.

When placing an order, the customer must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. The website may verify the information provided and may cancel or limit an order at any time. Payment for a canceled order will be refunded to the original payment method used.

Placing an Order

Products may be purchased by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the online checkout form available on the website. Users are required to complete all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*). Orders cannot be processed without completing these fields.

Information provided by the user may be used, among other things, to send emails regarding promotions or website updates.

Providing complete and accurate information is a necessary condition for processing the order.

Once the order is received, the credit card details and payment authorization will be verified through the Company’s payment processor. The order will only be approved after authorization is received and subject to product availability.

The information entered in the order form shall constitute conclusive evidence regarding the accuracy of the transaction.

Payment is made by credit card. The user may be asked to provide credit card details, ID number of the cardholder, and card type. After payment details are submitted, an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of the order will be sent. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order and only confirms that the order details were received.

Supply of products is subject to inventory availability. There may be situations in which a product appears in stock on the website but is unavailable in practice. In such cases, the transaction will be canceled and the user will receive a refund. The Company is not obligated to supply unavailable products, even if the website did not indicate they were out of stock.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping fees will be added to the product prices listed on the website.

Products are delivered throughout Israel through an independent shipping company. The shipping company’s terms and conditions shall apply and bind the customer.

Home delivery is available at a cost of ₪25. Estimated delivery time is approximately 10 business days from the first business day following order confirmation.

Once the shipment leaves the Company, delivery times are subject to the shipping provider and delays beyond the Company’s control may occur. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by the shipping provider and shall not provide compensation for such delays.

The Company shall also not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including strikes, communication failures, acts of terrorism, war, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges

Order cancellation is subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

Orders may be canceled within 14 days from receipt of the product.

If cancellation occurs after shipment has been dispatched, return shipping costs shall be borne entirely by the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus a ₪45 cancellation fee.

Refunds will only be granted if the product is returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The Website Operator retains sole discretion regarding the condition of returned merchandise.

Transactions made using Direct/Debit cards cannot be refunded to the card and will instead be refunded via bank transfer.

If a product becomes unavailable or cannot be supplied for any reason, the Company may cancel the transaction within 2 business days and refund the customer.

Product exchanges without additional payment are possible only when the replacement product is of equal value. If the replacement product costs more, the customer must pay the difference.

All returns and exchanges require presentation of the purchase invoice.

Exchanges via courier are available at the same cost as the original shipment. Return shipping and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
